It is the most consumed Galician red wine and is awarded year after year in the most important national and international competitions. 100% Mencia grapes (13% vol.) Macerated and fermented, with indigenous yeasts, in contact with the grape skin at 25ºC for 15-20 days in a stainless steel tank. Stabilized and bottled, thus obtaining a wine rich in aromas.

“Elegant and subtle”

Cherry red color with a reddish rim and light violet hues. Good layer, bright and with abundant tears. Good intensity, with notes of ripe fruit, raspberry, blackberry and a slight sweet sensation of vanilla and menthol. With subtle hints of licorice, tobacco and roasted coffee. Very expressive and excellent integration of the barrel with the varietal aromas of Mencía. Powerful in the mouth, full-bodied and well structured. Good acidity, vanilla and menthol aftertaste, and velvety tannin that leaves a pleasant passage through the mouth.
